We are pleased to welcome Joel Pontius, Conservation and Energy Resource Manager for the City of Bloomington and Adjunct Faculty at Indiana University Bloomington, where he teaches O310: Ecosystem Management. Joel will offer practical guidance and fascinating insight into the diverse fungi that thrive in our local landscapes. He will also discuss the natural history of fungi - especially species that occur in garden areas and local species that are edible and easy to identify with few or easy to distinguish poisonous look-alikes.
In person event at the Monroe County Fairgrounds and will include time for our annual plant swap.
